Level 3 – Certified Horse Trainer

Bianca graduated from the Smith Horsemanship Academy in 2025, and she’s been part of our world for more than a year now. In that time, she’s grown into a solid Level 3 Certified Trainer who shows up with calm, consistency, and a genuinely good feel for horses.

She’s trained multiple horses through our program, backed young horses confidently, and built proper foundations that hold up across different disciplines. She passed both her theory and practical assessments with over 80 percent, which tells you she put in the work, not just the hours.

Around the barn, she naturally steps into a mentorship role. She helps students when they get stuck, keeps them safe, and has a knack for explaining things in a way that actually lands.

She’s already trained a client horse successfully too, which says a lot about her readiness to work in the real world.

Bianca is steady, committed, and someone you can trust with a horse that matters to you.

My Story

"In the last four years the work I have done with horses have become a guiding force in my life. There is something deeply fulfilling about caring for these beautiful, sentient animals, the quiet moments in the stable, the steady rhythm of grooming, and the connection that forms when a horse begins to trust you. Working with horses, and helping them grow, has become more than a passion; it is my life purpose.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from both English riding and livery traditions, as well as the Western style of horsemanship. Each discipline has taught me something unique, shaping the way I understand, communicate with, and train horses. These experiences have helped me develop a versatile approach, allowing me to adapt to the needs and personalities of the horses I work with.

Patience is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in staying calm, gentle, and consistent, creating an environment where a horse feels safe enough to learn. In my training, I use a balanced mixture of positive and negative reinforcement, rewarding good efforts while also giving clear, fair guidance. This blend allows me to build trust while teaching horses to be confident, responsive, and willing partners.

My long-term goal in this industry is to establish a yard of my own, a place where horses are not only trained, but truly cared for. A safe, calm home where each horse can develop at its own pace, and where the bond between horse and human is treated with the respect it deserves.
