Level 3 – Certified Horse Trainer

Bianca graduated from the Smith Horsemanship Academy in 2025, and she’s been part of our world for more than a year now. In that time, she’s grown into a solid Level 3 Certified Trainer who shows up with calm, consistency, and a genuinely good feel for horses.

She’s trained multiple horses through our program, backed young horses confidently, and built proper foundations that hold up across different disciplines. She passed both her theory and practical assessments with over 80 percent, which tells you she put in the work, not just the hours.

Around the barn, she naturally steps into a mentorship role. She helps students when they get stuck, keeps them safe, and has a knack for explaining things in a way that actually lands.

She’s already trained a client horse successfully too, which says a lot about her readiness to work in the real world.

Bianca is steady, committed, and someone you can trust with a horse that matters to you.

My Story

"Hi, I’m Estè Erasmus, a horse trainer with a passion for helping horses and their owners achieve harmony and success. Since 2018, I’ve been committed to building trust and creating lasting connections through personalized training and rehabilitation. I enjoy learning from other experienced trainers, as it helps me refine my own approach and continue improving my training methods. I am currently studying equine sport massage and rehabilitation and will be a certified equine physiotherapist by 2026. My goal is to integrate these techniques into my work, ensuring horses not only perform at their best but also thrive in their overall well-being."
